This half term our topic is 'Wriggle and Crawl' where we will be learning all about min-beasts! We will be learning about the lifecycles of different animals and writing explanation texts about them. We will be learning about animals and how they are adapted to their habitats. Children will also be learning about the 4 seasons.

Whether we were in school or at learning online at home, all of Cherry Class loved celebrating World Book Day!

Happy world book day everyone! Ask anyone in Cherry Class what my favourite book is and they will tell you it's 'The Smeds and the Smoos'! Julia Donaldson is one of my favourite authors because the words she chooses are extremely clever. Axel Scheffler is the illustrator who draws beautiful pictures. I hope you enjoy listening to this story as much as I enjoy reading it!

WELCOME BACK EVERYBODY!

After over 2 months in a national lockdown, we were all so excited to be back together in school! We spent our first day back together chatting, hugging, playing and doing lots of fun crafts.

This week was Word Downs Syndrome Awareness Week. We wore odd socks to show our support for the charity and enjoyed learning all about Downs Syndrome!
