^{To launch our new topic}^{'Under the Sea', we had a day at the 'seaside' We travelled on Spencer Airline to Spencer beach! We created passports, boarded a plane and travelled to our destination!}

Gladstone Road Post Box!

This morning we took a stroll to the Gladstone Road post box. This week we have been writing post cards and letters to our families! We all brought a stamp in from home and then posted them! Our trip to the post box inspired map drawing in class later on in the day! Look at our pictures below! :)

The Rainbow Fish

This week we have been exploring the book 'The Rainbow Fish.' We discussed the cover of the story and made our predictions, before reading the story on Tuesday. On Wednesday, we 'hot seated' the Rainbow Fish. She explained why she did not want to share her beautiful scales with the other fish. When she swam away and left our classroom, we began writing messages to her about how to share and be kind.
