Summer 1: Ground Breaking Greeks

 

Our topic this term is, Ground Breaking Greeks! 

We will be learning about the developments and changes over six periods of ancient Greek history, focusing on the city state of Athens in the Classical age, and exploring the lasting legacy of ancient Greece. 

 

 

In maths, we estimated and measured angles using protractors.

Coronation celebrations

This afternoon we looked at different painting techniques.

Our Greek Day! We had lots of fun playing ancient Greek Olympics, making pottery and performing Greek plays.
