PE
PE will be on a Wednesday afternoon. You need to come to school in your school uniform and bring your PE kit with you in a bag. Children will be changing for PE in school.
Homework
Reading:
Your child will be sent home with a reading book to read at home. This reading book MUST be brought into school with them every day. Children will also get a library book that they can read at home. This needs to be brought into school every Wednesday to be changed. For more books online to read your child can access ebooks through their login to Oxford Owl.
Spelling:
Spelling homework will be set via spelling shed each week. They need to practice their spellings through the web game at least 5 times per week. Through practising their spelling, the children will earn honey pots and will move up through the league tables both individually and as a class so please encourage them to play as much as possible! We will then test them in class on a Friday.

Maths:
One piece of Maths homework will be sent home with your child on a Friday. Please ensure they return it the following Friday. Children also need to practise their times tables at home 3 times per week. This is done through their login to TTRockstars. Children can also access other maths games through NumBots (accessed through TTRockstars) which has the same login as TTRockstars.
