On Thursday 14th July at 2pm, we are holding our annual ‘Earl Spencer Talent Show’.
Over the past few weeks children from across the school have been auditioning in their classes. There has then followed votes in each class, with a winning act chosen from each class across the school to represent their class on this very special occasion.
Parents of children who have qualified for the Final are very welcome to join us for what is always a fun and very lively afternoon!
We are very excited that this Friday we will be holding our Annual School Fete, in the playground and on our school field. The event will run from 2.00pm-4.30pm, with parents welcome to collect children from 2pm. Children will be kept in their classrooms until they are collected by parents. It would be great for the children if as many parents as possible arrived at 2.00pm, so that the children are able to go outside and enjoy the fun, rather than staying in their classrooms.
We have the usual array of fun events, plus a couple of extra surprises this year. It’s not too late to enter the ‘Bake a Cake’ competition or to send in the form and 50p’s for face painting. We also have performances in the hall from our ’Strictly’ dancers, rhythmic gymnasts and karate club.
Fingers crossed for a dry day with some summer sunshine!
