Summer 2-Scented Garden

This term we will be learning all about plants. We will learn about a famous painter named Vincent Van Gogh and will paint our own versions of his famous painting ‘Sunflowers’. 

We started our topic by learning all about the carnivorous plant the Venus Fly Trap! We then made our own Venus Fly Traps using paper plates!

This week we recreated a famous piece of artwork by Vincent van Gogh called Starry night. We used different techniques with oil pastels. The children really enjoyed creating these masterpieces!
