Term 1- Dinosaurs
Our first topic of the year is called Dinosaur Planet!
Take a look at the pictures to see what the children have got up to during their first week.
In our computing lesson we used a drawing app. Our aim for the lesson was to explore the ‘colour’ tool. The children worked in pairs to create a picture using given colours.
In Science we have been learning all about Carnivores, Herbivores and Omnivores. We have been finding out what each animal is.
We have also been looking at different types of dinosaurs teeth and deciding whether they are a Carnivore or a herbivore. Can you tell me what you think an Omnivores teeth would be like?
The children had a go at making their own fossils using salt dough.
