Our Topic for this term is Bloodheart!
Topic:
In Topic, Lime have learned about the human heart!
We learned about the route that blood takes around the body, and the children were fascinated by the different components that make up our blood.
We also held interesting debates on the ethics of blood transfusions.
English:
It has been a busy term for Lime in our English lessons.
The children were engrossed in the life and work of English Physician William Harvey, and spent a while researching his life to write a set of brilliant biographies!
Maths:
This term, the children have worked hard learning all about angles!
We have identified acute, obtuse, reflex and right angles, as well as measuring angles, and drawing angles of our own using a protractor.
Next, we used our understanding of how to use a protractor to draw our own triangles using given angles.
