Welcome back! I hope you all had a lovely Easter break.
We are continuing our topic of 'Wriggle and Crawl' this half term and have some very interesting visitors in our classroom!
Our Caterpillars!
We are looking after our caterpillars very well and watching them grow carefully. They have already grown so much since they arrived last week! We are looking forward to them each turning into a chrysalis very soon and then emerging as butterflies. We will keep you updated!
We have been learning about mass and weight in Maths this week. We learned how to read scales, write the measurement using the correct units and then order them.

Look who visited us today! We really enjoyed seeing the chicks close up and are looking forward to writing an explanation text about how they grow from an egg to an adult chicken.
9th May
We have looked after our caterpillars/butterflies so well and today was the day we finally released them! Have a look at how they changed from tiny caterpillars to beautiful butterflies in the photos below.
