Term 4

What a great start to term 4.  The children really enjoyed the visit from the happy maths puzzle company. The children from both Ash and Hawthorn worked well as a team, working together to work out the challenges, some of which were very frustrating!

The children enjoyed going out on a mini beast hunt in the forest school area.  Unfortunately due to the time of year wqe didn’t find many mini beasts, but we did manage to find  spiders, worms, centipedes and wood lice.

The children then made a wormery, using the worms they found in the forest school.
