Welcome ESP students to our PE home learning pack!
Within this pack, you will find activities and challenges that you can perform at home during your time off school. The activities cover a range of exercises, from yoga to dance, gymnastics to physical fitness. We hope during your time off, you will try and complete as many of the challenges as possible!
During the week, we will also be uploading daily challenges to our school twitter page for you to complete, and we would love to see you post the exercises you have completed at home.
