As part of their remit as a National Support School, Headteacher Mark Rapps and senior leaders at Earl Spencer Primary have been acknowledged as having a track record in improving outcomes for disadvantaged pupils, over the course of several years.
As such, senior leaders have been recognised by the National College for Teaching and Learning as having the necessary expertise and experience to support schools in carrying out Pupil Premium Reviews.
